With over 12 years in the industry, I have completed hundreds of transactions and have learned from every one of them. Through each hurdle, I have learned what customers pain points are and how to fix them. This has helped my customer service out tremendously. Because I have a passion for serving others, I believe in educating my clients so that they can make well informed decisions with their housing needs.

Buying a home should be an enjoyable, exciting experience. However, often it can be stressful, frustrating and highly emotional. As a real estate professional, it’s my job to make the home buying experience as smooth and memorable as possible. I believe that when you hire a buyer’s agent to help you find your next home, they should help save you time and money by leveraging their knowledge of the local real estate market. Therefore, I am excited to share details of my VIP Buyer Program below.

As your VIP Buyer Specialist, I will.....

  • Introduce you to a  reputable lender  so that you may get pre-qualified for your mortgage and find out exactly how much house you can afford.

  • Set you up on an email search that matches your criteria so you are first to know when things get listed. No more searching the MLS daily! 

  • Arrange a private showing of any property that you want to see.

  • Go over the best strategy for making an offer on the home that YOU want to purchase. Each house and situation is different.

  • Help you navigate through the entire sales process which include discussing financing options and interest rates, closing costs, possession date, inspection reports, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Prepare and present an offer on your behalf and will negotiate in your favor to help you secure your dream home at the best possible price and terms.

  • Be able to introduce you to other affiliates who will help along with the process including home inspectors, appraisers, home warranty companies and insurance companies.

  • Schedule the final walk through before closing to make sure the seller is leaving the house in the same if not better condition than when you first saw the property.

  • Hand you the keys to your new home! After you sign all the paperwork, all documents get recorded with the county and I will keep a copy for up to 5 years per Indiana law. 

  • 100% satisifaction with your purchase. If you decide you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have to relocate at any point within your first year of owning the home, I will sell your home for free!  All you have to pay is the buyers agents commission (more on this below). I will not personally charge you anything on my end. 

Other Perks about the VIP Buyer - 100% Satisfaction: 

In today’s current market, finding a home at the right price isn’t easy which is why a lot of people are afraid to take the leap into home ownership. But if you work with me, consider yourself protected! As one of my clients, you are eligible for my“VIP BUYER - 100% Satisfaction ”. Here is how it works:

If you have moved in to your new home and you find you are NOT HAPPY with your purchase – for any reason – I will actually step up and sell it for free. All that you would be responsible for paying (commission wise) would be the buyers agents commission. I would not charge you any commission on my end.

Quick example. A standard commission is about 6%. That 6% is normally split equally between both brokerages. So List Broker gets 3%, and Selling Broker gets 3%. You would only have to pay for the Selling Brokers commission (3%). You would still have to pay standard closing fees/title fees but I would save you about 3% of the sales price in total.

You see, the typical real estate agent disappears after closing, leaving the client wondering what happened to him/her. The overwhelming reason? POOR COMMUNICATION. I stand behind YOUR decision to buy, which is why I offer YOU my personal VIP BUYER PROGRAM as noted above. I offer it (in writing) to help maintain and protect your investment. I want you to know how committed I am at helping my clients find their dream home.

If you decide to become a VIP Buyer of mine, you agree to:

  • Seek pre-approval from a home lender after your pre-qualification.

  • Notify me of any listed homes you wish to view. 

  • Inform all other agents, builders or For Sale by Owners that you are working with me . 

  • Make any offer on any home through me.

  • Relax and have fun! 

I will not make you sign any contract when buying a home with me. I would just ask that you are loyal to me because I will give you my 100% effort.

You are not under any obligation to purchase any property. You don't pay me anything for all of these services I provide you. My fee will be paid by the seller
